Course Objectives
Mastering the Art of Collaboration at the Workplace: Enable learners to manage relationships and work collaboratively and effectively with others to achieve goals. Learners will contribute to a positive and cooperative working environment by fulfilling their own responsibilities, managing interpersonal relationships and supporting others to achieve goals.
Standard First Aid: Provide the necessary skills in identifying, planning and managing an emergency situation at home, in school or an outdoor setting.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this programme the learner will be able to:

- Identify types of collaboration and knowledge sharing tools and platforms
- Implement tools and platforms to enable collaboration and information sharing
- Identify knowledge sharing methods and tools as per team roles and responsibilities
- Perform work activities collaboratively with others to foster team spirit and contribute to identified goals
- Use listening and communication techniques
- Share information, knowledge and experiences with co-workers
- Recognise behavioural styles, emotional intelligence dimensions, diversity dimensions and preferences
- Demonstrate a positive attitude in various situations and interactions with stakeholders
- Apply techniques to develop empathy to understand others’ situations, perspectives and emotions
Standard First Aid:
- Perform CPR & AED on adult victims and how to react to various emergency situations while maintaining self-confidence, composure, and assurance to others.

Minimum Entry Requirement
Mastering the Art of Collaboration at the Workplace:
No formal qualification—Participants should be able to converse, read, and write in English at the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) and/ or Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4 proficiency level.
