In this culinary course, participants will delve into the vibrant world of Mexican cuisine, focusing on crafting a delectable and authentic Mexican feast centered around the iconic Chicken Fajitas.

Chicken Fajitas Preparation:
Learn to marinate, grill, and perfectly cook chicken strips for fajitas, ensuring they are tender, flavorful, and infused with Mexican-inspired spices.
Homemade Tortilla Creation:
Understand the art of making homemade tortillas from scratch. Participants will master the dough preparation, rolling, and cooking techniques to create soft and pliable tortillas that complement the fajitas perfectly.
Condiment Crafting:
Elevate the fajitas experience by preparing a selection of condiments, such as sautéed bell peppers and onions, to accompany the chicken. Participants will learn to achieve the ideal balance of flavors and textures.
Smokey Tomato Salsa:
Discover the secrets of creating a rich and smoky tomato salsa that adds a zesty kick to the meal. Participants will explore the blending of ingredients and techniques to achieve a harmonious flavor profile.
Perfecting Guacamole:

- Tie up Medium / Long Hair neatly
Note : Trainees may be sent back to change their attire if they fail to meet the above requirements
