Course Objectives
To prepare a Classic Chocolate Log Cake made with a light chocolate sponge, chocolate cream filling and shiny chocolate ganache, using the correct methods and techniques and bake perfectly crisp, spiced Speculoos Cookies to complement the log cake.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of the programme, learners will be able to:
- Make a light chocolate sponge swiss roll without any additives
- Fill, roll it with chocolate cream using correct techniques
- Decorate the log cake festively with shiny chocolate ganache
- Bake spiced, perfectly crisp Speculoos cookies

- Wear Covered Shoes / Sneakers with socks
- Wear Long / Full Pants
- Have Clean, Short, Trimmed, Natural Nails (No nailpolish, gelish or artificial nails)
- Tie up Medium / Long Hair neatly
